Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

TMDP is a successful multidisciplinary practice in the Midlands offering services to clients throughout the Central and London regions.

Due to the recent success on various local and national Project and Cost Management projects, with a further projected increase in workload we are currently recruiting for a full time client side Intermediate Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor to work along our Senior Partner to become integral into delivering our client services.

The successful candidate is required to have:

RICS qualification (or be part way through qualification) we would also consider applicants who are members of CIOB or APM.
experience in running or operating at a high level on their own projects
a degree level qualification (or equivalent project experience)
a passion for client care
experience or willingness to act as Construction Manager on behalf of our clients
good Microsoft Office skills, including remote working.
the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
experience leading project teams & chairing meetings
excellent time management skills
the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
excellent communication skills from clients to contractors

It would be advantageous (though not essential) for the candidate to have:

knowledge/experience of preparing cost estimates and BoQs or Schedule of Works
Onsite experience, including contract side
skills in leading teams
