Since being at the helm of TMDP, Scott has totally transformed the Leicestershire-based architectural design & construction management consultancy into one of the most dynamic companies in the region. Launching TMDP Special Projects in 2011 and subsequently forming TMDP Group in 2015, Scott now heads up a multi-million pound organisation providing innovative design and constructions solutions across the UK.
Primarily responsible for overseeing new business, client liaison and ensuring project delivery across all companies within the Group, Scott has extensive experience in all sectors of the construction industry.
Scott studied at De Montfort University and Reading University and has developed his career over the 20 years in private and public sector organisations.
Working alongside Scott to oversee the smooth running of TMPD Group and its subsidiaries, Nikki has risen through the ranks to become Marketing Director and knows the business inside and out.
Responsible for promoting the organisation, raising its profile and also overseeing the Groups CSR programmes, Nikki’s background in customer service ensures that professional standards are maintained at all times.
Her role includes generating networking and new business opportunities and developing and maintaining client relationships. She works closely with external consultants ensuring the business is promoted according to corporate guidelines.
Scott and Nikki are support by two further non-executive directors to ensure smooth running and strategic planning of the Group's future.
Rob studied for a building surveying degree at Leicester Polytechnic and joined a local private practice following his graduation. He qualified as an associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors two year later and after a period at Leicestershire County Council he then moved back into private practice as partner in a local quantity surveying/building surveying firm, Rose and Cooper. Rose and Cooper subsequently merged with TMDP LLP in summer 2016.
Rob has extensive experience and knowledge in all areas of building surveying work including measured surveying, extensions, alterations and refurbishment, report writing, fault analysis, party wall matters, dilapidations, condition surveys, schedules of work and project management.
He has worked across many industry sectors including domestic, local authority, higher education, police and fire service, commercial and industrial building.
After working for HM Prison Service for nearly 12 years, Jamie joined TMDP’s apprenticeship scheme at the beginning of 2017 to set out on a new career path within the construction industry.
In his role as Apprentice Building Surveyor Jamie is learning every aspect of property and construction management, supporting the project management teams and using his many transferable skills to implement systems and procedures within the business.
Jamie is extremely client focused and liaises with suppliers, sub-contractors and third party organisations to ensure smooth and effective delivery of projects.
Tom originally joined the Practice on a year’s placement in 2013 whilst studying for his degree in Architectural Technology at Nottingham Trent University. Following the Practice's sponsorship of his final year at University and his subsequent graduation with First Class Honours,Tom has become a permanent member of the TMDP LLP team.
After a recent promotion to Lead Architectural Technician, his varied role includes working on both commercial and residential projects, liaising with clients to produce working drawings, collating relevant documents and submission for both planning and building regulations applications, compiling Design and Access Statements, site visits and surveys. Tom's skill set includes using the latest architectural design technologies, such as Revit, to produce planning and construction drawings and visual renders.
Subrina joined TMDP's growing team in August 2014 after having graduated from De Montfort University with BA(Hons) Architecture.
Along with working on a variety of TMDP’s commercial and residential projects, Subrina is the latest employee to benefit from the Practice’s pro-active graduate scheme and is currently studying part-time to gain her Masters at De Montfort University.
Pam joined TMDP in November 2016. As well as being a key member of the Accounts & Administrative team, Pam uses her 15 years' experience in the housing sector to search for tender opportunities, write submissions and is an integral part of the sales team. She works closely with TMDP’s office managers to ensure efficient day to day running of the busy office.
