TMDP Begins Work to Transform Leicester City Eyesore

  • 5th June 2018

TMDP Special Projects Ltd has begun phase 1 of a major project in Leicester that will see the transformation a derelict office block into 61 self-contained apartments and retail units.

The former International House on Granby Street has laid empty and derelict for many years and had become an eyesore. Situated on a major gateway into the City, the project forms part of a regeneration programme in the area and when complete the seven storey building will form part of a thriving hub leading from Leicester station to the City Centre.

Working closely with long term clients, Newtech Marketing, TMDP has been commissioned on a design and build basis.  Work is well underway and completion is due in autumn 2019.

“TMDP is delighted to be working with Newtech Marketing again on this high profile project and can’t wait to see the finished results.

“We are currently involved in several projects across the City and as a Leicester firm, we are proud that we are part of the major regeneration that is taking place in the city”.
