This includes Listed Building Consent and heritage-led applications where required.

Project Management

Cost Consultancy

We provide cost advice, procurement support and tender management to ensure projects remain commercially viable.

Contract Administration

We administer contracts properly, ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, cost and programme.

This includes valuations, instructions, change control and final accounts, all handled clearly and professionally.

Conservation & Heritage

​

We work on listed buildings, thatched properties and projects within conservation areas across the UK.

This includes Listed Building Consent applications, Heritage Impact Assessments and justification statements, alongside the delivery of works to sensitive buildings.

We ensure proposals are properly justified, approved and carried through to site without compromising historic value.

Contracts & Dispute Resolution

We support clients with construction contracts, disputes and recovery of payments where projects do not go to plan.

Our team provides practical advice on contract position, adjudication and resolution strategies, helping clients protect their position and move matters forward quickly.

This is a natural extension of our project delivery role — we understand how issues arise and how to resolve them.
