TMDP Expands with Acquisition of Historic Surveying Firm Rose & Cooper

Architectural and property consultancy TMDP LLP is proud to announce its acquisition of Rose & Cooper, one of Leicester’s longest-standing chartered building and quantity surveying firms.

The announcement follows TMDP’s recent relocation to larger offices in Lutterworth, a move that marks a new phase of growth for the practice. The expanded premises will enable the firm to grow its team by 30% over the next 12 months and broaden the services it provides across the UK.
